We are the Herd

Project HERD™ is a grassroots sports organizer with a splash of weird! Based in Frisco, TX, we host offbeat community races like milk miles, soda sprints, and other unorthodox challenges — all designed to bring people together, give back, and keep things fun for all ages.

We’re more than just races. We’re a genuine movement — championing community, athleticism, and a little chaos for a good cause. A portion of all proceeds goes to local charities and underrepresented nonprofits, because giving back should be part of the race, too.
