Project Herd believes that fitness should bring people together. Whether you’re chasing a new PR or just looking for a laugh with friends on a Saturday evening, our events are built for the community, by the community. 

 

The Milk Mile

Think you can handle both speed and a twist? 

  • How it works: Run 4 laps. Drink 8 oz. of milk (provided) before each lap. Run. Drink. Run. Repeat. Finish strong. 
  • Why join: It’s equal parts challenge and comedy — guaranteed to test your stomach, your lungs, and your sense of humor! 
  • Who it’s for: Anyone brave enough to try! 
 
 
 

The 5k "Mini-Milk"

  • Start line: Drink 1 small carton (6-8 oz) of milk. 
  • Midpoint: Quick “milk shot” station — 3-4 oz. 
  • Finish Line: Celebratory milk shot! 

 

 

The 10k Endurance Milk Challenge

  • Drink 4 oz at the start, mile 2, and 4. 
  • “Seal the deal” challenge with a 12 oz bottle at the end.
